**Registered Nurse- Case Manager**

Description:

• Case Management
• Start date: ASAP
• Years of experience Required: 2 years
• 2-year acute Hospital Case Manager experience performing Care Coordination, Discharge Planning in a very fast paced environment.
• First-timers accepted: Yes, as a SCREEN with Clinical’s approval
• Weekends Required: 2 weekends every 6 weeks
• Call not required
• Will this traveler need to float between like units? Yes, based on need
• Locals accepted? Yes
• RTO Restrictions: Please include all RTO at the time of submittal.
• Charting: Epic

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $74.00 - $76.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
