Experience Requirements:
- 1 year of recent Skilled Home Health Experience (at least 1 year within the last 3 years)
- Case Load: Adult
- Certificate Required: BLS
- License: Must have WA license, or compact license
Additional Notes:
- Traveler is expected to have their own transportation.
- Occasional maximum radius of 50 miles.
- Timely communication and documentation required
- Documentation tools will be provided and must be returned.
