- Shift: PA – Days &Night Shift (both shift available )
- Hours: 12 hours shift
- Meal Break: 30 minutes
- Guaranteed Hours: 36/week

Requirements
- Active LPN License (State-specific or compact, as applicable)
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience (preferred)
- Experience in long-term care or clinical settings is a plus
- Ability to work 12-hour day or night shifts
- BLS/CPR certification (required)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and health compliance
