As a People and Talent Lead at RadixArk, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development to build and maintain a highly effective and motivated team. This includes designing recruitment strategies, facilitating onboarding processes, driving professional development programs, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. You will ensure the organization aligns with industry best practices and legal requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Expertise in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Workforce Planning
- Experience in Employee Engagement, Retention Strategies, and Learning & Development
- Strong Organizational Development and Leadership skills
- Proficiency in HR Operations, Compliance, and Policy Development
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with HR software and analytics tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP are a plus
- Previous experience in leadership roles within HR or talent management is strongly preferred
