Key Responsibilities
- Participate in company-provided training to learn solar fundamentals, utility bill evaluation, and effective sales strategies.
- Identify, qualify, and convert residential prospects through a consultative, customer-first approach.
- Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to understand homeowner needs and recommend tailored solar solutions.
- Clearly explain system performance, financial benefits, tax incentives, and available financing options.
- Prepare and present customized solar proposals and projected energy savings.
- Manage follow-ups, appointments, and a growing lead pipeline using CRM tools.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
What We’re Looking For

- A positive, teachable attitude with a willingness to grow.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own schedule.
- Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and basic computer tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required.
