Key Responsibilities
- Complete company-provided training covering solar basics, utility bill analysis, and effective sales techniques.
- Identify, qualify, and convert residential prospects using a consultative, customer-first approach.
- Conduct in-person consultations to assess homeowner needs and recommend personalized solar solutions.
- Clearly communicate system performance, financial benefits, tax incentives, and financing options.
- Prepare and deliver customized solar proposals with projected energy savings.
- Manage follow-ups, appointments, and your lead pipeline through CRM tools.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets while providing outstanding customer service.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with homeowners.

- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing your own schedule.
- Comfort using smartphones, apps, and basic computer tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
