Responsibilities
- Learn solar technology basics, utility bill analysis, and sales best practices through company-provided training.
- Identify, qualify, and convert residential leads into customers using a consultative approach.
- Conduct in-home or virtual solar consultations to understand customer needs and recommend customized solutions.
- Educate homeowners on system performance, financial benefits, tax incentives, and available financing options.
- Prepare and present personalized solar proposals and savings estimates.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools; manage follow-ups and appointment scheduling.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while providing excellent service throughout the customer journey.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking with homeowners.
- Positive, coachable attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Basic computer skills; familiar with smartphones, apps, and online tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
