What You’ll Do
- Complete expert training in solar fundamentals, utility bill analysis, and effective sales techniques.
- Identify, qualify, and convert residential prospects using a friendly, customer-first approach.
- Conduct in-person consultations to understand homeowner needs and recommend customized solar solutions.
- Explain system performance, long-term financial benefits, tax incentives, and financing options in clear, simple terms.
- Prepare and present tailored solar proposals with projected energy savings.
- Manage follow-ups, appointments, and your pipeline through CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
