As an IA/GenAI Consultant, you will:
- Define and continuously evolve the strategic vision for Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI, connecting technology, business, and people.
- Translate technical trends (LLMs, agents, RAG, multimodality, cognitive automation) into practical directions for products, services, and operations.
- Act as an internal and external reference in AI and GenAI, supporting executive leadership in strategic decision-making.
- Lead applied research and continuously monitor the AI ecosystem, distinguishing hype from real business value.
- Contribute to the digital roadmap, focusing on adoption, integration with corporate systems, and the impact on the shop floor and maintenance operations.
- Support the definition of AI/GenAI solution architectures in collaboration with data, product, engineering, and business teams.
- Guide digital product initiatives and AI copilots, with a strong focus on people and real workflows.
- Lead the creation of frameworks, best practices, technical guidelines, and governance models for the responsible use of AI.
- Represent the company at events, forums, talks, and public content related to AI and digital transformation.
- Disseminate knowledge through training sessions, workshops, mentoring, and educational materials.
- Support the Sales team in building strategic proposals based on AI and GenAI.
- Identify business and innovation opportunities in emerging areas related to AI, automation, and the digital industry.
For this role, you should have:
- Advanced English proficiency for conversation, technical reading, and presentations.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, LLMs, agents, multimodality, supervised and unsupervised learning.
- A systemic view of digital products, data, technology, and people.
- Experience working with data products, AI solutions, or digital platforms.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into executive and strategic language.
- Knowledge of AI solution architecture and integration with corporate systems.
- Experience with LLM ecosystems, generative AI APIs, and prompt engineering techniques.
- Conceptual understanding of RAG, vectorization, embeddings, and agent orchestration.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and group facilitation skills.
- Experience creating executive presentations, trainings, and workshops.
- Ability to provide intellectual leadership, influence stakeholders, and build long-term vision.
- Knowledge of AI governance, ethics, risk, and compliance.
- Previous experience leading AI initiatives, digital innovation, or digital transformation programs.
It is a plus if you have:
- Experience in industrial environments, shop floor, maintenance, or complex operations.
- Active participation in AI communities, events, or content creation.
- Experience with frameworks and tools such as LangChain, Agno, OpenAI / Azure OpenAI, or equivalent.
- Experience in building digital roadmaps and phased implementations, with a strong focus on adoption.
