The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, construction, and plumbing service. This role involves working on various projects, including residential and light-commercial plumbing installations and repairs

Candidates under consideration :

Journeymen Plumbers (must have valid Wisconsin License)
Civil or Mechanical Engineers (must have 4-year degree) - We will train and guide the correct candidate.

We’re not your average big plumbing company where you will be treated as a newbie. Well, ok you will be a newbie, but the point is we are looking for a person who wants to join a growing company and be a part of driving the company forward. The selected candidate can expect this to be a different type of of working environment. Yes, the job is plumbing but you'll be asked to learn new skills such as proper estimating, writing proposals, learning various aspects of IT, and as always, damage control. We will start you out slow and give you the tools to achieve these objectives.

You will run small projects, work on your own, with a helper, or directly with the master plumber. You will eventually have your own van to take home, have your own spending card, Chrome book, and work phone. This is not for a position for someone who wants to work 8 hours and go home and collect a paycheck. Its for those who want to be able to make decisions, bid jobs, grow a company, and manage customers. We need someone who will bring everything to the table and move projects forward.

Duties

Plumbing service, remodels on residential and light commercial projects

Some drain cleaning (sorry, it helps keep the lights on)

Project management and execution

Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete plumbing related tasks.

Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites

Conduct heavy lifting as required during installations or repairs.

Apply basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and fitting pipes accurately.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.

Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs.

Requirements

Valid Wisconsin Journeymen Plumbing License

Valid Driver's license

Own a form of transportation

Reasonably clean driving record, insurable

Organizational skills

Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.

Ability to answer your work phone at all times

35 – 45 per week

Benefits after 90 days of service

We typically do not work the weekend

Those who move into managing projects have the opportunity for more PTO and are salaried
