Job Location: Hammonton, NJ

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement BMS projects in the Manufacturing, Science and Technology, Education, Healthcare, Government, and other commercial markets
• Direct and lead the work of technical and installation teams assigned to projects
• Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
• Maintain required project documentation
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
• Be primary client interface

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Engineering or Project Management
• Previous experience in Project Management for new/renovation construction required
• Strong project management skills
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong leadership qualities
• Previous construction experience
