Job Description for Occupational Therapist
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in an Outpatient/Home Health setting located in the Powell, Wyoming area.
- Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active or pending WY OT license is required.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in outpatient and home health settings, and be able to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for adult to geriatric patients.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Performing initial evaluations and ongoing assessments of patient condition.
- Developing and implementing individualized plans of care.
- Communicating patient progress with interdisciplinary teams.
