Responsibilities
Build Momentum from Day One
- Graduate from PLACE Launch and execute weekly systems that drive consistent lead flow
- Track priorities, tasks, and follow-up inside PLACE technology
- Convert conversations into CONFIRMED appointments
- Host TWO open houses each month to expand reach and boost VISIBILITY
Client Strategy & Deal Execution
- Lead buyer strategy sessions and secure signed agreements
- Conduct seller consultations and convert meetings into ACTIVE listings
- Represent clients in negotiations with CONFIDENCE and professionalism
Practice with Purpose
- Participate in weekly role-play and collaborative team sessions
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, ongoing TRAINING, and Partner Calls
Market-Ready Listings
- Advise clients on PRICING direction and staging preparation
- Coordinate listing-related support services
