Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program to establish foundational knowledge.
- Consistently utilize PLACE lead generation tools on a weekly basis to cultivate potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with buyers to secure agreements and identify suitable properties.
- Confidently negotiate offers on behalf of both sellers and buyers to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities through the use of PLACE Technology.
- Conduct a minimum of two open houses each month to promote listed properties.
- Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled client appointments.
- Participate actively in weekly team script practice sessions to enhance communication skills.
- Engage in team activities to contribute positively to the organizational culture.
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls for continuous professional development.
- Guide sellers through the listing process, providing expert assistance in marketing their properties.
- Advise clients on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services to maximize sale results.
