Job Overview
Seeking all Inbound Customer Service Reps to join our fast growing team.
Primary responsibilities will include handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for every client for a Utility Company. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Paid Training
Training is 6 weeks (Mon-Fri) 8am-5pm EST
After Training:
Must be able to work 8 hrs any shift between 8am-6pm EST
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED is required
Background and Drug Test performed
