What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tax Accountant position at Radius Global Infrastructure?
We are seeking a detail-oriented full-time Tax Accountant with experience in partnership and corporate taxation, to join our Bala Cynwyd Tax team. This role will support the preparation and review of U.S. and international tax filings, assist with tax provisions, and coordinate with external service providers to ensure accurate and timely compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Exposure to international tax is a plus but not required.
This role is hybrid with typically 1 day in office (Tuesdays)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review U.S. partnership and corporate income tax workpapers and returns in coordination with external tax preparers
- Assist in the preparation of ASC 740 income tax provisions
- Coordinate with in-country service providers for the preparation and filing of foreign tax returns
- Prepare and maintain tax account reconciliations
- Maintain tax depreciation and amortization schedules
- Support audit requests and respond to tax-related inquiries from auditors and regulatory authorities
- Assist with state and local tax notices, including coordination with applicable jurisdictions
- Support special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or CPA eligibility a plus
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in tax, with exposure to partnership and/or corporate tax
Technical Skills:
- Experience with tax provision software (e.g., OneSource) preferred
- Familiarity with tax research tools (e.g., BNA or equivalent)
- Experience with Alteryx or similar automation tools is a plus
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced formulas
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable interacting with cross-functional teams and external providers

Salary Range: $75,000 - $105,000 annual base bonus
