We utilize a wide range of metal forming techniques and special manufacturing processes, servicing the commercial, military, regional jet, helicopter, and general aviation markets. Position SummaryResponsible for cleaning and light maintenance throughout facility. Working 4/10’s with occasional overtime. Normal working hours 7:00am – 5:30pm. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPicking up trash and emptying trash containers.Performing light repairs and maintenance such as replacing light fixtures, painting, etc.Cleaning and sanitizing of shared facilities and common spaces.Washing windows.Vacuuming and cleaning floors, rugs, furniture, and dusting all horizontal surfaces.Additional cleaning areas as required.Performing limited grounds cleanup.Examining property for safety hazards and reporting problems to maintenance staff.Ensuring that cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked.Report to work on time, follow instructions from supervisor or management, interact well co-workers, understand and follow work rules and procedures.Performing other related duties as requiredPosition RequirementsAbility to read and write the English languageAbility to read and comprehend instructionsMust have a valid Drivers LicensePrevious cleaning experience a plusEmployee Benefits: Our employees are our most valuable asset.
