Fee Based Financial Planner

We’re looking for an experienced Financial Advisor to join a well-supported, collaborative advisory team in the Seattle area (including Mercer Island & Redmond). This is an opportunity to step into a significant, growing client base and focus on what you do best: planning and advising — not cold calling.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to clients with varied financial goals.
• Leverage an existing flow of leads from multiple marketing channels including education events, digital campaigns, media, and referral networks.
• Work collaboratively with centralized business development and planning teams to convert prospects and deepen client relationships.
• Conduct in-depth client meetings to understand goals and craft customized financial solutions (planning, investment strategy, retirement, etc.).
• Partner with internal specialists for complex planning and deliver high-value planning outcomes.

Who You Are

• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation required.
• 3–10 years of client-facing financial planning experience.
• Comfortable working within a proven system — high team orientation, low ego.
• Passionate about financial planning and client outcomes rather than self-sourced client acquisition.
• Excellent communicator and relationship-builder with a disciplined, consultative approach.
