Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing systems, electrical wiring, and HVAC systems
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues related to building safety and functionality
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or building occupants in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major repairs or replacements needed
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors to coordinate repairs and installations
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Proficiency in fabricating, installing, and repairing various building components
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Knowledge of high voltage and low voltage electrical systems
- Experience as an industrial electrician or in a similar field service role
- Familiarity with HVAC/R systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Strong customer service skills to interact with tenants, building occupants, and contractors
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
