Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas following established protocols
- Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all surfaces are spotless and inviting
- Perform floor care duties including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests and staff
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and continued quality standards
- Adhere to safety procedures and use cleaning equipment responsibly to promote a safe work environment
- Support other housekeeping tasks as needed to uphold the hotel’s cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction goals
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles with a focus on quality service
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing surfaces
- Familiarity with hotel operations or custodial management is highly desirable
- Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks efficiently using appropriate tools and chemicals
