Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Manager to lead our front office operations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in hotel front desk management and be proficient in Opera Cloud property management system. This role is key to ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth daily operations.Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures
- Train, supervise, and schedule front desk staff
- Ensure excellent guest service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Monitor and manage room inventory and reservations using Opera Cloud
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, billing, and reports
- Implement and uphold hotel policies, procedures, and standards
- Assist with hiring and onboarding of new front desk team members
- Prepare and analyze front desk performance reports
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of hotel front desk management experience
- Proficiency in Opera Cloud PMS is required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
