Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to Choice brand standards
- Make beds, change linens, dust, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces
- Replenish guest room supplies and amenities
- Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and safety concerns promptly
- Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in a clean and organized manner
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Deliver friendly and respectful service to guests and team members
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and push carts throughout the shift
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
