Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
• Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces throughout the property.
• Ensure all public areas, hallways, and common spaces are tidy, well-organized, and inviting for guests.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution and continued guest safety.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to guarantee a hygienic environment at all times.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking cleaning supplies and requesting replenishments as needed.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation.
• Familiarity with hotel or industrial cleaning standards is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Prior custodial or housekeeping management experience is a plus for those interested in supervisory roles.
