This is a contract on-site role for a Geotechnical Engineer, located in Miami, FL. The Geotechnical Engineer will be responsible for conducting site investigations, analyzing soil properties, and performing geotechnical engineering assessments. Day-to-day tasks include preparing engineering geology reports, designing foundations, and ensuring the stability and safety of construction projects. The role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative solutions and facilitate the successful completion of projects.
- Experience in Site Investigation and analyzing Soil properties
- Proficiency in Geotechnical Engineering and Engineering Geology
- Skills in Foundation Design
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL and collaborate with diverse teams
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field
