Position: Project Manager
Location: Lansing, MI
(Grand Tower Office Building, 235 South Grand Ave) — Hybrid (2 days/week onsite required)
Duration: 5 Base Years
Qualifications:
● 8 years managing projects of similar size/scope, providing accurate estimates, technical roadmaps, and cross-team coordination using Agile (SCRUM/Kanban) methodologies
● 8 years facilitating meetings with clients & stakeholders, including capacity planning, risk/issue management, and executive-level reporting
● 8 years leading project teams focused on accurate, efficient, on-time delivery; experience with KPIs such as velocity, burn-down/up charts, and defect density
● Bachelor''s degree required
● Agile certification (Scrum/Kanban) and/or PMP required
