PSR Supervisor

Radiology Ltd. is seeking a full time PSR Supervisor. This full time supervisor position will manage all Patient Service Representative staff at our La Cholla location on Tucson's north west side.

Responsibilities of this Role:

• Ensures departmental and site compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Oversees staff in clinic, under direction of Clinical Manager.
• Consults on work in progress and completed work to assure accuracy. Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.
• Participates in the quality assurance program to conform to federal, state, local, and hospital regulations and guidelines.
• Works effectively with co-workers, supervisors, subordinates, patients, physicians and other external contacts.
• Maintains harmony among workers and resolves grievances.
• Responds to patient complaints.
• Coordinates purchase of supplies and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned. 

Duties:

• Supervises Administrative Support employees, generally front office staff. Assigns, schedules, and relates to staff to maintain patient flow, achieve production goals, and conform to established protocols and procedures.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification
