Our Imaging Support team is adding staff. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Review Specialist. Full time Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
The Clinical Review Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate pre-exam review and coordination of clinical information pertaining to radiology exams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prospectively analyzes and reviews orders and clinical documentation for high dollar imaging exams to ensure correct exam is scheduled
- Follows up with provider offices to clarify discrepancies and obtain additional data as needed
- Collaborates with technical staff and radiologists as needed
- Communicates and develops rapport with scheduling team for accurate exam scheduling
- Wok our device clearance list, determining MR safety for implanted devices.
- Coordinates and schedules reps from manufacturers.
- Contacts provider's offices and vendors to obtain device information
Qualifications
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Two years or more experience in the medical field.
- MRSO certification preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent technical computer skills with dual screen experience
