Mobile C-Arm Services and RISC Staffing are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support the financial operations of both companies.
This position will primarily focus on customer billing, accounts receivable, payment tracking, account reconciliation, and general accounting support. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, comfortable working with numbers, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced small-team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Billing & Accounts Receivable
- Prepare and maintain customer invoices for both companies.
- Review staffing hours, rental charges, and other billable services for accuracy.
- Record and reconcile customer payments.
- Monitor outstanding balances and assist with past-due account follow-up.
- Assist with billing questions, discrepancies, and customer account reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate customer and financial records.
Accounting Support
- Assist with intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
- Assist with customer account setup and maintenance.
- Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
- Assist with routine accounting and administrative tasks.
- Support the accounting team with financial and administrative processes.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of accounting, accounts receivable, billing, or bookkeeping experience.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with numbers and financial information.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to meet recurring deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills and professional work ethic.
- Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with management and other departments.
- Ability to work full-time during normal business hours in an in-person office environment.
