Radiology Imaging Associates (RIA) is a physician-led radiology practice comprised of over 120 fellowship-trained radiologists delivering innovative diagnostic and interventional care across Colorado and beyond. Our IT team plays a crucial role in supporting that mission by ensuring high-performing, secure, and responsive technology systems.
Summary of Position: The IT End User Specialist II provides advanced front-line technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software, and peripherals. This role is responsible for opening, responding to, and resolving service tickets in a timely manner according to service level agreements. The IT End User Specialist II must have excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose, evaluate, and resolve complex problem situations or when appropriate, escalate or route them to appropriate IT staff members.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides excellent customer service to end-users
- Logs, triages, and manages IT support requests for end-users in a first-contact scenario.
- Provides effective advanced troubleshooting for common technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
- Identifies and escalates more technically challenging issues to higher level support teams
- Documents solutions to common issues to increase efficiency and reduce first call resolution times
- Provides advanced user and computer account management tasks
- Performs regular site visits and field work
- Works directly with higher-level support teams
- Manages and Maintains end-user focused applications
- Participates in On-Call rotations
- Other duties as assigned

Experience/Skill Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to convey technical information in user-friendly terms.
- Knowledge of basic IT security practices and protocols
- In depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and hardware
- Understanding of advanced network structures and concepts
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft 365
- Advanced understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- 2-5 years of Healthcare IT experience, preferably in radiology
- Reliable transportation
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in computer science or related field - Preferred
- A Certificate - Preferred
Compensation for this role is between $65,790 to $81,203 on an annual basis
In accordance with Colorado law, the range provided is Radiology Imaging Associates' reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role, and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position will accept applications on an ongoing basis, and will remain open until filled.
