About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Analyst to support daily cash management and treasury operations across multiple bank accounts and legal entities. This role ensures accurate execution of banking transactions, monitors cash positions, and supports financial reporting and compliance efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage daily cash positions across multiple bank accounts and entities
Execute treasury transactions, including ACH, wires, intercompany transfers, and Positive Pay
Ensure compliance with treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls
Prepare short- and long-term cash flow forecasts
Partner with accounting to ensure accurate cash reporting and general ledger alignment
Analyze financial data and generate reports to support decision-making
Assist with compliance related to debt covenants and financing arrangements
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Support audit requests and prepare required documentation
Coordinate with Accounts Payable on payment processing and cash planning
Prepare weekly A/P reports and validate vendor payments
Review A/P aging and assist with issue resolution
Support the corporate credit card program, including monitoring and reconciliation
Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
ExperienceMinimum of 3 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting
Experience with cash management, banking operations, and financial controls
Preferred
CPA or progress toward certification
Experience with ERP or accounting systems
Exposure to treasury management systems
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of treasury operations and banking processes
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
Work Environment
Onsite or hybrid based on business needs
Must reside in Florida and be able to support onsite requirements if applicable
