What we're looking for: We are seeking a talented professional to carry out projects in imaging AI, informatics, health information technology and data science. The Research Data Curator will be responsible for collecting, processing and publishing medical imaging and related information for use in research.
What you'll do:
- Manage collection, curation and maintenance of imaging data and related resources for AI research efforts.
- Oversee RSNA data ingestion tools and processes to organize, manage and prepare data submitted by contributing sites for publication.
- Provide consultation to data contributing sites regarding data submission requirements, processes and tools.
- Investigate and advise RSNA staff on platforms and tools for research data publication.
- Report regularly to Director of Informatics, project teams, oversight committees and collaborating organizations on project status, progress and issues.
- Research and evaluate new technologies to support project work.
What you'll need:
- BS or equivalent with preference for medical informatics or related technical field
- Two years or more of direct AI, medical imaging or informatics project experience preferred
- Experience working with medical imaging and other clinical data
- Problem solving ability and project management skills
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in collaboration with staff and volunteers
- Self-directed with personal initiative and good judgment
- Strong written and oral communication skills

Salary : $79,000 - $95,000
