Radio Systems Corporation is seeking Customer Care Specialists to answer inbound calls and to assist our SportDOG Brand customers with their pet product needs. This position requires both customer service and sales skills to increase customer loyalty and enhance revenue in order to achieve our mission of ‘being the most trusted pet brands.’

Our hunting dog gear is designed in the field and analyzed with challenges like heat, cold, rain, snow, dust, mud, and wind in mind because every sportsman and woman knows those conditions are an important part of the hunt.


Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Offer and sell our vast array of products by offering the customer product solutions which meet their and their pet’s needs
  • Identify the customer’s product issues and provide problem solving troubleshooting
  • Provide assistance so that customers may best utilize our products and keep their pets happy and safe
  • Boost sales conversion rate on branded websites
  • Respond to incoming customer contact via written letters, social media comments, web reviews and feedback
  • Follow policies and procedures to ensure quality and consistency on every interaction
  • Consistently meet and exceed Customer Care standards

Starting Pay: $16/hr plus quarterly bonuses


Note: This position will transition to a hybrid work model (mix of in person/remote- minimum 3 days in office required) after a 90-day training and introductory period at our office in Knoxville, TN. Work from home qualifications include maintaining your own high-speed internet and a workspace free from distractions, adhering to RSC attendance policies, and meeting RSC performance standards. 


Schedule

During training: Monday-Friday from 8:30AM – 5PM for the first five weeks 

After training: Monday-Friday from 10AM - 7PM 

Requirements

  • HS diploma or GED
  • Ability to complete 90 day training/introductory period in Knoxville office and work a minimum of 3 days in the office thereafter 
  • 1 - 3 years of Customer Service and Sales experience (retail, restaurant, call center)
  • Excellent problem solving and people skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
  • Strong grammar and language skills
  • Computer skills including: MS Suite, Windows and Internet Navigation
  • Ability to type 40 WPM
