What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Radina's Coffeehouse & Bakehouse?
Full-time and part-time positions available. One weekend shift availability is required at our town stores. Preferred 6 month intention of employment. We’re looking for motivated individuals to provide excellent customer service, quality beverages, and amazing baked goods to our customers as well as maintain a clean and comfortable cafe environment. We are hiring for part time and full time!
Here's what you will do:
- Greet all customers with a friendly smile.
- Provide friendly, efficient and personal service to each customer.
- Get to know our customers by learning their names and favorite drinks.
- Educate customers on all of our products.
- Maintain high quality and consistent product standards.
- Strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately process transactions in the POS system.
- Cup and taste coffee regularly to maintain familiarity with product and quality standards.
- Communicate with team members and management to solve problems and improve service.
- Support your team in keeping the cafe running smoothly and beautifully. These tasks may vary but can include washing dishes, clearing dishes, sweeping, dusting, mopping, cleaning and organizing condiment station, and taking out trash.

- Have a strong attention to detail and healthy respect for cleanliness and sanitation.
