- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and efficiently using ADP.
- Ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations and reporting requirements.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents.
- Respond to financial inquiries from staff and vendors in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform other bookkeeping and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Backup support to Office Manager/Controller.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in a small business environment.
- Excellent proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.
- Demonstrated experience processing payroll using ADP is required.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in accounting or a related field is a plus but not required.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour.
Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week, would be more if covering for vacation. Potential to go to full-time.
