This is a full-time, on-site Radiation Therapist role located in Camarillo, CA. The Radiation Therapist will be responsible for administering prescribed radiation treatments, operating advanced radiation equipment, ensuring patient safety during procedures, and maintaining accurate treatment records. This role also involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care, adhering to all radiation safety protocols, and supporting patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Knowledge of Radiation Safety and Dosimetry principles
- Familiarity with advanced Radiation therapy techniques and equipment
- Strong understanding of Radiation Medicine and its role in cancer treatment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and a multidisciplinary team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate treatment records
- Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
- Prior experience in a clinical radiation oncology setting is a plus
