🔹 Position: Assembly AssociateÂ
🔹 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00 pm to 10:00pm (the mornings are yours!)Â
🔹 Training: The initial training period will be completed on the first shift (5:30 AM – 2:00 PM) before transitioning to the regular second-shift schedule.
The second shift offers a 15% shift differential!Â
This is a temporary-to-hire position with the opportunity to transition to regular full-time employment based on performance and business needs.
What You’ll Be Doing:
-  Helping to assemble products and prepare dosimeters (don’t worry, we’ll train you!)
- .Handling materials and keeping your workstation stocked.
- Hitting productivity and quality targets—your hard work keeps us moving!
- Following safety guidelines to keep yourself and your team safe.
- Reporting any issues so we can tackle them together.
- Working as part of a team that supports each other every step of the way.
What We’re Looking For:
- A team player with a positive attitude—no experience required, just a willingness to learn!
- Someone who can stand, bend, and move around throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills for tracking and communication.
- Â A high school diploma or GED.
