What We Look For...
We are seeking a rockstar Bartender who can professionally handcraft cocktails, maintain a clean, organized bar while serving customers, and servers in a professional, positive and energetic manner. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar.
The Key Responsibilities:
- Preps the bar for service, including making house-made ingredients, cutting fruit, stocking liquor, beer and wine and polishing glassware.
- Serves guests at the bar and on the floor.
- Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons of bar and restaurant, following Radiate Hospitality's recipes.
- Assist with beverage recipes, creating signature items for the bar program.
- Assist with bar inventory.
The Model Qualifications:
- 3 years previous bartending experience required.
