ROLE OVERVIEW
The Technical Product Manager (TPM) SCADA is responsible for defining the product strategy, technical roadmap, and feature development for the organization s SCADA platform used in power system automation, renewable plant monitoring, and grid operations.
This role acts as the technical bridge between product engineering, system architecture teams, and solutions engineering teams, ensuring that the SCADA platform evolves to meet the needs of utilities, renewable developers, and grid operators.
The TPM will drive product capabilities related to real-time monitoring, control systems integration, data acquisition, and interoperability with grid automation platforms, while ensuring alignment with the broader NeuralGRID digital platform architecture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and maintain the product roadmap for the SCADA platform.
Identify new capabilities required to support grid modernization, renewable integration, and distributed energy management.
Ensure the SCADA platform aligns with the broader grid digital platform architecture and integrates seamlessly with other grid solutions.
Drive roadmap priorities based on customer requirements, regulatory changes, and emerging grid technologies.
Requirements Management
Define and maintain Product Requirement Specifications (PRS) for new SCADA platform capabilities.
Translate customer and market needs into clear engineering requirements and product specifications.
Ensure end-to-end requirements traceability across design, development, and testing.
Manage product backlog and feature prioritization aligned with product roadmap goals.

SECOND POSITION Product Development & Solutions Engineering Coordination
Work closely with product development teams to guide implementation of SCADA platform capabilities.
Coordinate with solutions engineering teams to ensure product features support real-world grid and plant deployment architectures.
Provide technical guidance during feature design and architecture reviews.
Ensure new product capabilities remain aligned with system architecture standards and platform design principles.
Facilitate collaboration across: product engineering

Customer & Market Engagement
Support sales and solution teams in technical discussions with utilities, renewable developers, and grid operators.
Provide product expertise during major grid automation or renewable plant opportunities.

Contribute to positioning the platform in strategic opportunities involving grid modernization and renewable integration.
We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quotation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate pricing quotes and project estimates by gathering information from potential customers and analyzing material and job costing. You will demonstrate superior customer service by leveraging your in-depth knowledge of our services and team to support both internal and external customers. This position operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities shift continually.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately interpret Customer Statements of Work to ensure all needs are captured in our proposals.
Build quotes from project material lists, obtain supplier pricing, understand MOQ dynamics, and compile pricing and lead time to keep products competitive and maximize profit.
Collaborate with procurement, production, and inventory departments to ensure accurate quotes.
Follow up on quotations and modify them as necessary.
Utilize MRP systems (M1) to manage pricing, supplier information, and customer data.
Logically plan project first steps, such as triaging documents (boards, mechanicals, and custom parts).
Enter submitted quotations into the sales platform (Hubspot) and reported sales data to management.
Monitor the company order inbox, enter new sales orders, and validate price and lead times before acknowledging orders.
Maintain and update the NDA database, ensuring renewals are handled with customers and suppliers.
Build and strengthen professional relations with suppliers.
Qualifications
Education: AS or BS in Computer Science, Business, Technology, or equivalent related experience.
Experience: Functional competence and basic understanding of a production environment (electronics focus preferred); past quoting experience is beneficial but not required.
Technical Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with internal partners and external customers via email, telephone, and other means.
Core Competencies: Strong numerical skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to multitask to meet deadlines.
Problem Solving: Ability to identify problems and offer alternative solutions or courses of action based on available resources.
