Job Description:
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Analyze logs, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
- Handle incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Work with development teams to resolve application defects.
- Perform code fixes, enhancements, and deployments when required.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and issue resolution.
- Support application releases and ensure system stability.
- Create RCA (Root Cause Analysis) documents for critical incidents.
- Participate in on-call support and weekend deployments as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
