We Are Hiring: Lead AI Developer / Architect Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite) Location: Sunnyvale, CA Duration: Long Term
Key Highlights of the Role
Build advanced AI workflows using AWS Bedrock
Implement data ingestion & transformation pipelines
Design and deploy RAG applications, embeddings & vector DBs
Develop agentic workflows, multi-step reasoning & automation
Integrate MCP (Model Context Protocols) for context sharing
Implement Human-in-the-Loop (HIL) validation and governance
Write clean, scalable, reusable code
Collaborate closely with architects & product managers
Debug, optimize, and improve model performance
Required Technical Expertise
Strong hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock & AI service integration
Python frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face
Solid understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases
Experience building agentic workflows & reasoning strategies
Knowledge of MCP, HIL workflows & model governance
REST APIs, SDKs, microservices, and cloud-native deployments
Excellent debugging, testing & communication skills
