Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Genesys solutions for contact center applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Genesys applications and integrations.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct testing and validation of Genesys applications to ensure functionality and performance.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Genesys applications and procedures.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in Genesys development, including hands-on experience with Genesys applications.
- Strong understanding of contact center operations and workflows.
Preferred Skills:
- Genesys
- Experience with telephony systems and integrations
