Position: Test Engineer
Duration:18 Months Contract
Location: Kalamazoo MI 49001
Pay Rate: $45.00-$50.00/ Hr on W2

Description:
Responsibilities:
- Perform engineering work in operations, production, construction, or maintenance environments
- Design and scale manufacturing processes, instruments, and equipment
- Test manufactured products to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Plan, design, and estimate time and cost for engineering projects
- Oversee construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, systems, and components
- Analyze engineering problems related to manufacturing equipment, systems, or component failures
- Develop and implement solutions to engineering-related issues
- Apply engineering standards and procedures across projects and operations
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations on engineering matters
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong judgment and application of professional engineering expertise
- Understanding of procedures and concepts within the engineering discipline
- Ability to make decisions based on established practices and prior knowledge
