Duration: 12 Months Contract

Pay Rate: $85.00-$93.00/ Hr on W2

Must Haves

• The position supports the Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain functions within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Will be working with Operations and Management Teams to effectively implement Engineering and Process changes to support project goals.
• Must have manufacturing experience within a regulated industry and experience operating under a quality system.

Nice to Haves

• Leading change implementation into a factory.
• Manufacturing experience in a regulated industry.
• PMP certification.

Day to Day

This role is more responsive to efforts of other groups that may impact the same group of technical resources.

Navigate multiple stakeholders, product teams, and PMO groups to align with purchasing teams and engineering functions in support of project milestones and implementation timelines.

Description

Assist in management of multiple engineering projects; prioritize tasks and assign team members to ensure that the team's overall resources are used effectively and that project deadlines are met. Evaluate and authorize changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline of a project.

Lead engineering projects; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; identify and resolve operational problems and minimize delays.

Manage ongoing relationships with external contractors so that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.

This is a highly specialized individual contributor role that requires deep expertise from a professional/technical thought leader in their respective field or discipline.

This position typically requires extensive experience in a specialized field and an advanced college degree or equivalent.

The role requires expertise within a discipline in a specialized field.

The job provides technical guidance and direction for his/her area of specialization.

The job requires good analytical skills as well as evaluative judgment based on the analysis of factual and qualitative information in complicated or novel situations.

The complexity implied at this level of problem solving relates to the ability to filter, prioritize, analyze, and validate potentially complex and dynamic material.

This job typically requires a degree or equivalent and a minimum of 6 or more years of experience.
