Required Skills:
- PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA/SSA) certification
- Strong experience in application design and case management
- Experience with data modeling and business rules automation
- Knowledge of PEGA architecture, administration, and security
- Experience with PEGA rules, workflows, and procedures
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented software development
- Experience with design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and production support
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience
