We are seeking motivated Call Center Representatives to support Department of Revenue operations. This is a fast-paced environment where you will handle customer inquiries related to tax procedures and provide exceptional service via phone and written communication.
π Key Responsibilities
β Provide high-quality customer service via phone and written correspondence
β Handle inquiries related to tax filing and payment requirements
β Analyze and resolve customer issues using training and available resources
β Maintain professionalism with strong grammar and communication skills
β Ensure compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards
β Utilize basic computer systems to access and update data
π§Ύ Additional Responsibilities (Tax Analyst Functions)
β Assist taxpayers and internal teams with technical and procedural support
β Review accounts and apply payments accurately
β Conduct research to resolve complex tax-related issues
β Process account closures and manage billing/liabilities
β Support investigations with documentation and evidence handling
β Handle confidential data and disclosure requests

β Prior call center experience (reference required β must verify excellent attendance and no termination for cause)
