R&D Technical Writing Analyst

We are seeking a Technical Writing Analyst to support medical device documentation and labeling activities. The role involves creating, updating, and maintaining product documentation (IFUs, Operating Instructions, Technical Manuals), coordinating translations, and supporting labeling updates.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for medical devices

• Support labeling updates using Adobe Illustrator

• Collaborate with Engineering, Regulatory, Quality, and Clinical teams

• Manage document timelines and change control

• Support translations and localization

• Maintain templates, style guides, and standardized content

• Work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree preferred

• 2 years in regulated industry (medical device/pharma preferred)

• Strong technical writing experience

• Adobe InDesign & Illustrator (must-have)

• Labeling and translation experience preferred

• Jira, Windchill, Author-it a plus

• Knowledge of FDA / MDR labeling preferred
