We are seeking a Field Engineer II with strong hands-on experience in enterprise network support, infrastructure deployments, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have experience with LAN/WAN environments, routers, switches, firewalls, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, cabling, and hardware/software installations.

Required Skills:

  • LAN/WAN Networking
  • Routers, Switches & Firewalls
  • TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing & Subnetting
  • Network Troubleshooting & Support
  • Windows/Linux Support
  • Cabling, Rack & Cable Management
  • Hardware/Software Installation & Deployment
  • Telecom/MPLS/Fiber experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer support skills

Preferred: CompTIA, Microsoft, Meraki, VMware certifications

Must be comfortable with extensive travel and onsite support activities.
