Radiant Skin Spa is seeking an experienced esthetician for a 1099 independent contractor opportunity—not a W-2 position. Compensation is per completed service, retail comission, add-ons bonuses, and 100% tips with no hourly pay.

Important Note: We will share your full compensation schedule during the selection process. Appointment volume and earnings are not guaranteed; actual earnings depend on completed services, enhancements, retail sales, and client tips.

Services and Professional Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized facials suited to each client’s skin concerns and goals.
• Perform dermaplaning and microdermabrasion within your qualifications and legally permitted scope.
• Use independent professional judgment to assess client needs, identify contraindications, and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Educate clients about suitable enhancements and homecare through helpful, pressure-free recommendations.
• Maintain appropriate treatment documentation, sanitation, and client confidentiality.
• Create a welcoming, attentive experience that encourages clients to return.
• Honor accepted appointments and communicate promptly about scheduling changes.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Florida facial specialist registration or another applicable Florida credential authorizing the services offered.
• Hands-on professional experience performing facials, dermaplaning, and microdermabrasion.
• Confidence in facial massage, consultations, and personalized skincare recommendations.
• Strong sanitation knowledge and sound professional judgment.
• Warm communication, reliability, and genuine care for client satisfaction.
• Professional liability insurance appropriate to the services provided.

Experience with additional advanced facials, waxing, or lash and brow services is welcome.

Flexible Appointment Availability

Our online appointment booking windows are:

• Morning/afternoon: 9:00 a.m.–3:15 p.m.
• Afternoon/evening: 3:15 p.m.–8:15 p.m.

We prioritize candidates who can accommodate a mix of these windows, particularly weekends and holidays, when client demand is strongest. Offering availability during these popular periods can create more opportunities for bookings, repeat clientele, and additional earnings.

Contractors propose their availability, and booking windows are mutually agreed upon. These are appointment windows—not mandatory on-site shifts. You do not need to remain at the spa when you have no accepted appointments.

Independent Contractor Terms

Services are provided under a written independent contractor agreement. Providers exercise independent professional judgment in delivering agreed services, consistent with applicable licensing, sanitation, and safety requirements.
