Position Requirements
- Active Georgia Aesthetician License required
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience performing facials and advanced skincare treatments
- Experience with facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, LED therapy, and skincare consultations preferred
- Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and customized treatment plans
- Strong communication and client education skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Weekend and occasional evening availability preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform customized facial treatments and skincare services
- Educate clients on skincare routines and treatment recommendations
- Maintain accurate treatment notes and before/after photos
- Recommend appropriate retail skincare products
- Maintain treatment room cleanliness and organization
- Provide excellent customer service and create long-term client relationships
- Stay current on skincare trends, products, and techniques
