Do you love driving, getting out into the community, planning fun activities, and spending time with older adults? We are looking for a friendly, dependable Activities & Transportation Assistant to join our team at Bozeman Lodge.
This is more than a driving job! You’ll help our residents enjoy their day — whether that means taking them to an appointment, heading out for lunch or shopping, joining an outing, playing a game, helping with an activity, or simply spending time visiting with them.
What You'll Do
- Safely transport residents to appointments, shopping, outings and community activities.
- Assist residents in and out of the vehicle and help with walkers, wheelchairs and personal belongings as needed.
- Help plan, prepare and lead fun activities, games, outings and special events.
- Encourage residents to participate and build meaningful connections.
- Help create a welcoming, positive and fun atmosphere.
- Complete vehicle safety checks and transportation documentation.
- Assist the Life Enrichment team with activities and programs when transportation isn't needed.
- Work as part of a caring team dedicated to making each resident's day a little brighter.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Enjoys spending time with older adults.
- Is friendly, patient, dependable and upbeat.
- Must be 21 years or age, havea safe driving record and a valid driver's license.
- Is comfortable assisting residents with mobility needs.
- Enjoys getting out into the community and being active.
- Can work independently while also being a team player.
- Doesn't mind that every day can be a little different!
