THE DIFFERENCE YOU WILL MAKE:
- Direct the day-to-day functions of the community including hiring, supervising, and directing staff
- Responsible for revenue and expenses of the community and is responsible for preparing the annual operating budget for approval by the Home Office
- Obtain and maintain high satisfaction rates for residents, families & employees
- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Implement and maintain company policies & procedures
WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT CANDIDATE:
- Passionate about building a high performing team and maintaining high morale
- 3-5 years of experience operating an Assisted Living Community as an Administrator or Executive Director
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to facilitate small group presentations
- Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities
- Computer proficiency

Salary : $106,000 - $112,000
